POW nylon and compressed cast nylon wheel and castor series

The wheels in the POW series are made from high-quality injection-moulded nylon. With a hardness of 70 Shore D, the wheels offer a particularly low level of rolling resistance on smooth surfaces and a high level of abrasion resistance. The elastic solid rubber damping ring reduces operating noise by up to 10 dB compared to other nylon wheels and castors.

The POW series is used when reduced noise emissions are required for typical applications for nylon wheels, such as the food industry oder der hygienic environments.

    POW nylon and compressed cast nylon wheels

    The wheels in the POW series have diameters ranging between 100 and 125 mm as standard and come with a ball bearing. The wheels have a thread guard as standard, which is also available with an additional ball bearing seal.

    POW nylon and compressed cast nylon swivel castors with plate

    The POW wheel series is available with a variety of brackets with a plate fitting for a wide range of applications as standard. These vary in terms of their design:

    L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
