Everything you need to know about the Blickle online shop

  • How do I get access to the online shop?

    Register using the contact form. Choose “Register for the shop” as the subject and put in your information. You will be sent an email with a confirmation link. Click on this link to complete the registration process. This link will take you to a page where you can set your password.

  • Can I also download CAD data with the shop access?

    Yes, you can use your login details for the shop to download CAD files for free.

  • Can I use the shop as a private individual?

    No. The shop is only available to commercial customers.

  • Can I use the shop as an existing customer?

    If you would like to register for the online shop, use the contact form with “Register for the shop” as the subject. Select the option “existing customer” and enter your customer number. This can be found on any official correspondence from Blickle, like offers, orders or invoices.

  • How do I add products to my shopping basket?

    You can add products to your shopping basket from the product details page, the product finder or the overview page once you have searched for a product.

  • Do you deliver outside of the UK?

    Unfortunately this is not currently available through the webshop, however if you have a delivery required outside of the UK, please contact the UK sales office

  • Can I have goods shipped to a different delivery address?

    Yes, you can specify a different recipient during the ordering process. This recipient will then be added to the list of possible recipients for future orders.

  • Why can't I see any prices?

    Log in to see your individual prices and terms.

  • What should I do if I do not have a VAT ID?

    Please get in touch with your personal contact partner. They will register you for the shop manually.

  • Which payment methods can I use for the online shop?

    All standard payments methods are available - advance payment, on invoice, MasterCard, Visa, direct transfer. The options available to you will vary depending on your order volume and country.

  • How can I return items to you?

    You can return goods to us if you are not satisfied with them. To do this, please get in touch with your personal contact partner.
