Blickle customer satisfaction survey 2024

‘We measure the success of our work by the satisfaction of our customers. At Blickle, satisfied customers are the benchmark for our performance and at the same time an incentive for us to constantly improve,’ emphasises Dr. Sarah Blickle-Fenner, managing director of Blickle Räder+Rollen GmbH u. Co. KG. That is why a comprehensive survey was conducted again this year to obtain representative and reliable results on customer satisfaction.

The questionnaire with 10 questions on various topics was sent to customers in 19 countries at the end of October. More than 2,000 customers from Europe, North America and Asia participated in the survey, which is an extraordinarily high response rate. Particularly pleasing: the overall rating is an average of 1.7 on a scale of 1 (very good) to 6 (unsatisfactory). This shows that the high Blickle standards, for example in technical advice, product availability and the quality ‘Made in Germany’, continue to be appreciated.

The results of the survey once again emphasise the quality and reliability of products ‘Made in Germany’: 97.1 per cent of customers rate the product quality as very good or good. The website/online shop, expert advice and fast processing of enquiries also received top marks.

A special highlight this year was a new social initiative. For each participant, Blickle donated 2 euros to UNICEF. Thanks to the more than 2,000 responses, a considerable amount was collected, which will benefit children in need worldwide. ‘Our customers‘ commitment not only demonstrates their trust in Blickle, but also supports a good cause – we are particularly proud of this,’ explains Dr Sarah Blickle-Fenner. ‘We would like to thank all our customers who took part in the survey for their valuable feedback and support. The results help us to identify potential for improvement and to continuously optimise our service.’
