G electrically conductive wheels and castors series

The wheels in the G series are made from high-quality grey cast iron. The machined treads and edges have excellent concentricity properties. Due to their hardness of 180 to 220 HB, the wheels also provide excellent rolling and swivel resistance on uneven floors.

Thanks to their robust design, the wheels are suitable for carrying heavy loads, even with a small diameter. The cast iron wheels have an electrical conductivity of ≤ 104 Ω.

The wheels are also used in painting systems and autoclaves.

    G electrically conductive wheels

    The wheels in the G series come in sizes ranging between 80 and 250 mm. Blickle provides ball bearing and plain bore versions. The wheels are also available with a heat-resistant ball bearing. This can be used up to a temperature of 300 °C.

    The G wheel series is available with a variety of bracket series with a plate fitting for a wide range of applications as standard. Blickle’s bracket series vary in terms of their design and load capacity, from a standard pressed steel swivel castor through to a welded steel heavy duty swivel castor:

    L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LO series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
    LS series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty swivel head
    LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIO series: Heat-resistant heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
