POHI heat-resistant wheel and castor series

The wheels and castors in the POHI series are made from high-quality injection-moulded thermoplastic material with a hardness of 85 Shore D and provide smooth running performance on even floors, combined with the ability to withstand temperatures between - 20°C bis zu +250 °C. The POHI series is suitable for autoclaves and resistant to many aggressive substances.

The POHI wheels are frequently used in bakeries and autoclaves.

    POHI heat-resistant wheels

    The wheels in the POHI series come in sizes ranging between 80 and 200 mm in diameter. Blickle provides plain bore and heat-resistant ball bearing versions. The plain bore versions are also available with a PTFE-coated axle tube.

    POHI heat-resistant swivel castors with plate

    As standard, the POHI series is available with a range of bracket series with a top plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design and load capacity:

    LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIK series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LIX series: LIX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIKX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design

    As an alternative to a plate fitting, the POHI series is also available with a bolt hole fitting: The following heat-resistant swivel bracket series are used for this purpose:

    LIR series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version
    LIXR series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version
